Booking Policy

At 360ENVY Aesthetics & Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing a premium, personalized experience.

• All new clients are required to render a $150 deposit to initiate care. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied to the cost of your visit at the time of service.

• Initial medical consultation fee covers your personalized evaluation and treatment planning. These fees are non-refundable and are not applied to future services or packages.

• Members and package holders may schedule appointments directly through their Jane App portal or by contacting our Client Concierge for assistance.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. Late cancellations, changes, or missed visits affect not only your care but also impact other patients waiting for services.

To maintain the highest level of care for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointment changes or cancellations must be made via phone call or text only. Requests through social media direct messages or email will not be accepted.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided:

• New Clients:
  Your $150 initial deposit will be forfeited.

• Established Clients (subsequent visits):
  The following late cancellation fees will apply:
  ▫ Medical & Wellness visits: $100
  ▫ Aesthetic Procedural Visits: $250

• No-Shows:
  The full 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file.

• Two (2) no-shows will result in dismissal from the practice.

Grace Period & Late Arrivals

• We offer an 8-minute grace period for late arrivals.

• Arrivals later than 8 minutes may require rescheduling or may result in a shortened treatment time.

Outstanding Fees

• Any outstanding fees, including no-show and late cancellation fees, must be paid in full before booking any future services or purchasing products. All fees are non-negotiable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
