NP Marsha
MSN, CRNP, NP-C, FNP-BC
Marsha holds three board certification as a family nurse practitioner. She serves as CEO of 360ENVY Aesthetics & Wellness in Baltimore County, passionately committed to helping clients erase negative views of themselves through holistic aesthetic medicine and regenerative skincare.
With 25 years of diverse healthcare experience spanning emergency medicine, family practice, cosmetic dermatology, and advanced aesthetics, she blends evidence-based medicine with a patient-centered approach that prioritizes transformative and natural, lasting results.

She holds certifications from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the American Academy of Procedural Medicine in Aesthetics, and is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Texas. Known for her expertise in hyperpigmentation correction, skin-of-color treatments, anti-aging injectables, laser medicine and platelet-rich plasma therapies, Marsha brings a comprehensive perspective to beauty and wellness.

In 2023, she was honored as the Baltimore Business Journal’s Mentor of the Year, reflecting her dedication not only to patients but also to guiding and empowering fellow clinicians to excel in advancing the nursing profession and running profitable healthcare businesses. Adrienne
Adrienne is the Chief Operations Officer and co-owner of 360ENVY Aesthetics & Wellness in Baltimore County, where she is known as “The Nurse Acupuncturist.” With a unique blend of expertise as both a registered nurse and a licensed acupuncturist, Adrienne brings a holistic and patient-centered approach to wellness.

Adrienne has 21 years of registered nursing experience. Adrienne earned her nursing degree from Coppin State University and furthered her education at the Maryland University of Integrative Health and Trident International University, where she received dual master’s degrees in Health Informatics/Health Administration and Acupuncture.
As a licensed acupuncturist, she is dedicated to integrating Eastern and Western medical approaches to enhance her patients’ well-being.

Adrienne’s mission is to empower her patients to take an active role in their health. By combining her nursing background with acupuncture and techniques like cupping, auricular acupuncture and gua sha, she bridges the gap between conventional and complementary medicine.
Adrienne provides comprehensive care for conditions like stress, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, menopause, and more.
In addition to her role at 360ENVY,
Adrienne serves as an active-duty Senior Nurse Officer with 15 years of experience in the United States Public Health Service, showcasing her unwavering commitment to public health. With a passion for holistic healing, Adrienne strives to bring balance and overall wellness to every patient she encounters.
RN Patrice
BSN, RN
With an impressive journey from LPN to RN BSN over two decades, she’s been the bedrock of our nursing excellence, having honed her skills across diverse settings like Home Health, Acute Care, Med-Surg, Post-Op, Transitional Care, and Hospice.
Patrice’s passion for holistic wellness and nutrition doesn’t just stem from her certifications; it’s ingrained in every IV hydration session she leads. Her Phlebotomy, IV, and CPR certifications are a testament to her unparalleled skills in delivering superior hydration services.
Beyond her technical prowess, it’s her commitment to creating a comprehensive care environment that truly sets her apart. Leveraging her vast nursing expertise, Patrice crafts unique IV hydration treatments centered on both recovery and holistic well-being.

RN Janai
BSN, RN
Janai, RN has been with us at 360Envy Aesthetics the longest.

Janai holds her bachelors degreee in the science of nursing. She is ACLS/BLS certified and through her years of nursing experience caring for post-operative patients’ care.

She has become highly skilled in vascular anatomy. If you are a “hard stick”chances are you’ve met Janai before. If you haven’t, you should.
